Laura’s work specializes in working with individuals who identify as Highly Sensitive and Empathic. She works with Shame/Self Doubt, Emotional Disconnection, Difficult Family Relationships, and People Pleasing.

If you are struggling with pain from things that happened in your childhood, I‘d love to sit with you and untangle it all. I work with individuals who are trying to heal past wounds, navigate a relationship transition, seeking to understand their patterns better so they don’t get stuck, and basically just start living their best life. I’ll help you create a roadmap of healing and achieve your goals, no matter how big or small. Let’s work on you becoming the person you were meant to be.

Many of us are taught to disregard the messages our bodies and emotions carry, initiating a distrusting and confusing relationship with ourselves and others. My work often focuses on giving you the tools and felt experience to release trauma from your nervous system, create inner safety, connect to agency, establish healthy boundaries, and re-connect to your intuition. Together we’ll work to (re)discover your relationship with your true inner voice. Through this connection and awareness, you can learn to trust yourselves and navigate through life’s obstacles and challenges with flexibility and resilience.

I believe we that being a little weird is a beautiful quality. Supporting the unique flare each person brings to life is a passion of mine. I’ve found that nature and our relationship with horses are powerful teachers for showing us our hearts, our light, our shadow, and that every piece of us is worthy of being seen and loved.
