Life is hard enough without pretending you’re fine.
If you’re here, something isn’t working. Maybe you’re tired of carrying the weight of the past that still sneaks up on you. Maybe your body feels like it’s in overdrive—anxiety, stress, shutdown. Or maybe you’re just so damn tired of repeating the same patterns in relationships, no matter how badly you want to do it differently!
You likely feel disconnected from yourself or are unsure who you really are. And maybe, sometimes, you question if you’re broken. We’re here to tell you, you’re not broken, you need support and time to find yourself again. You were never supposed to do all of this on your own.
We help people shift the things that feel unshakable. We are skilled and experienced therapists with deep training in approaches like IFS, EMDR, SE, and more but we don’t see you as a “problem to solve”. We understand that deep lasting healing happens in relationship: being with someone who can hold complexity, stay present, and help you gently make sense of what’s unfolding inside. So what ever we use to get there, our aim is simple, for you to feel more grounded, more free, and more like yourself again.
