About Us
In a world where mental health care can feel rushed or transactional, we've built something different: a practice where experienced clinicians can offer thoughtful, individualized care. Though our clinicians come from different backgrounds and have different areas of expertise, we're united by a shared belief: people need to feel deeply understood. That belief shapes how we listen, how we build relationships, and how we approach our work.
What Sets Us Apart
We believe people are more than the things that are hurting. A diagnosis, difficult relationship, loss, or traumatic experience may be part of your story, but it is never the whole story. We want to understand what has happened, how you've learned to navigate it, where you are now, and what you want to be different.
Our clinicians bring deep expertise in their areas, and we also know that no one comes to therapy as a diagnosis or a problem to be solved. Good therapy requires curiosity, relationship, and the willingness to stay with the complexity of someone's experience while helping them find a way forward.
Our areas of specialty reflect the kinds of experiences that often require more than a quick or straightforward approach: complex trauma, grief and loss, relationship and attachment wounds, adoption and identity, life transitions, recovery, and other experiences that can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves or the people around them.
Rather than taking a high-volume approach, we maintain smaller caseloads so we can prioritize having the time and capacity to understand your story, needs, and goals. This allows therapy to be collaborative, responsive, and tailored to you rather than based on a standard formula.
The most important thing you should be able to say about the therapist you choose is, “I feel like this person understands me, and I trust them to help me with what I'm carrying and find a way forward.”
We hope you find that here.
This is why we built Resilience.
