Advanced Approaches

  • A body-oriented approach to healing trauma and restoring nervous system balance. It focuses on tracking physical sensations to gently release stuck survival energy and support lasting resilience.

  • Designed to regulate the nervous system and support feelings of safety, connection, and calm. It uses specially filtered music to help retune the body's stress response and improve social engagement.

  • Helping process and heal from traumatic memories and distressing experiences by using bilateral stimulation. This allows the brain to reprocess stuck memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.

  • Addressing attachment, relational, and developmental trauma. Focusing on helping shift out of survival patterns and reconnect with your authentic sense of self in the present moment.

  • This work recognizes that we are made up of different inner "parts," each with their own emotions, needs, and roles. By building relationships with these parts, clients can find greater internal harmony, self-leadership, and healing.

  • Integrating body-based wisdom into the treatment of eating disorders and related struggles. It supports clients in reconnecting with their physical selves, addressing unmet needs, and building a sense of safety and trust within the body.
