Our greatest wounds, and our greatest strength, come from our relationships.
We know that the relationship experienced between client and therapist is a key component of healing. Healing relational trauma involves acknowledging past hurts, re-framing distorted beliefs, identifying patterns of attachment, and developing new adaptive ways of relating to oneself and others.
If you have been in a relationship where you have lost connection with yourself, become codependent, and/or endured emotional or physical abuse, our therapists can support you on your healing journey. We guide individuals towards reclaiming a sense of security, rebuilding healthy attachment and relational patterns, and forming healthy boundaries. We draw from somatic therapies and relational approaches such as NARM, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS.
We aim to help you not only alleviate the pain of the past but also cultivate resilience and build a strong and healthy foundation for future relationships.
