I am deeply passionate about supporting people standing on the edge of what’s next, those navigating anxiety, relationships, career choices, or setting boundaries. Integrating approaches such as parts work and mindfulness, I’ll help you uncover the strength and wisdom that already exist within you. Along the way I plant seeds of hope and empowerment, and help you build confidence and the tools to navigate uncertainty rather than get swallowed by it.

Life in your twenties and early thirties can feel like a lot. Everyone talks about it as a time of freedom and possibility, but for many, it’s confusing, heavy, or just plain overwhelming. You’re building a life, figuring out relationships, work, money, boundaries, and all the while asking Who am I? Where am I going?

Since our past doesn’t disappear when we turn 18 or move out, this process of connecting the dots between where you’ve been and where you want to go is especially challenging if you’re weighted down by cultural pressures, family dynamics, or past trauma. Understanding how these patterns resurface when life demands growth and change is the first step toward building a future that feels authentic and empowering.

Expertise Rooted in Experience

Though I draw from my training and have over a decade working with clients either as a therapist or addictions counselor, my belief in your potential comes from my own journey and the profound impact of having someone believe in me when I needed it most.

In my early adulthood, I faced many layers of trauma and uncovered the blocks that were holding me back including patterns and attachments I relied on to cope. The most powerful step was realizing my life mattered enough to ask for help. That courage opened the door to building a toolbox of skills—tools that still help me to navigate life with greater peace and serenity. I carry that experience forward by helping others uncover their worth and release what holds them back so they can embrace life. Witnessing individuals move from confusion to clarity fuels my passion for this work.

A Snippet About Me

I lived in Austin for over 14 years. The past couple years have been an adventure. With my dog Nani by my side I moved to Mexico for a year and then to California to be next to ocean. As I settle in, I am now beginning to explore ways to create transformative retreats and group experiences for healing, connection, and rediscovery.
