Therapy For…
We work with adults and young adults who are navigating grief after the death of someone they love, healing from childhood trauma or "rough starts" (C-PTSD), and making sense of relationships that have felt confusing, chaotic, or emotionally draining. Many of the people we see are moving through a life transition, struggling with anxiety, learning to set healthier boundaries, or finding themselves exhausted by years of people pleasing. We also offer support to adoptees and those exploring how adoption has shaped their identity, relationships, and sense of self.

Grief can be overwhelming, disorienting, and deeply personal. We offer a compassionate space to honor your loss, navigate the unpredictable waves of grief, and begin to find meaning after heartbreak.
