“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique... It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.” - Martha Graham

We each have an inherent offering for the world. As human beings, we’re wired for connection. Our experiences also wire us for protection, which can close this “channel” and make relating to ourselves and others difficult. My work as a therapist is to create an environment that supports you to return to yourself and your innate ability to grow, heal and thrive.

You will be met with a calm, creative, compassionate and playful presence. I strive to listen beyond words, relate beyond the surface and share wisdom that I’ve picked up along the way. I draw from relational, somatic, and expressive arts therapies.

I’m constantly curious about the workings of human beings and will never stop engaging in my own learning, healing and growing process. I’ve chosen Depth Psychology as it lends itself to a holistic view of the person and where I learned to deepen my skill for listening for the ineffable and unconscious aspects of being. My vocational pursuits thus far have shaped my process of becoming who I currently am in practice.
