RACHEL FOSTER, LPC (she/her)

Holistic Psychotherapist | Somatic Guide | Intuitive Facilitator
In-Person in Dallas + Virtual throughout Texas & Florida
rfoster@ResilienceAustin.com // c: 512-561-6999 (text)

Rachel integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support intuitives and highly sensitive individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and embodied healing. She works with body image concerns, eating disorders, grief, and childhood trauma, helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and resilience.

Rachel believes each person carries an inherent offering for the world. “While we are wired for connection, our experiences also wire us for protection. Over time, these protective patterns can narrow the “channel” between who we are and how we live, making it harder to relate to ourselves and others. Therapy becomes a space to gently reopen that channel — restoring access to clarity, vitality, and choice. You return to yourself and your innate ability to grow, heal and thrive.”

Clients experience Rachel as calm, creative, compassionate, and playfully attuned. She listens beyond words, relates beneath the surface, and draws from relational, somatic, and expressive arts approaches to meet the whole person.

Grounded in Depth Psychology, Rachel holds a holistic view of healing that honors both the conscious and the unconscious. “I’m constantly curious about the workings of human beings and will never stop engaging in my own learning, healing and growing process. I’ve chosen Depth Psychology as it lends itself to a holistic view of the person and where I learned to deepen my skill for listening for the ineffable and unconscious aspects of being.”

Outside the therapy room, Rachel is a mixed media artist, spoken word poet, and devoted dog mom.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique...”
