Narcissistic Abuse & Relationship Recovery

So many times you’ve tried to set boundaries with people in your life and don’t understand why they’re not meeting you in it or at least feeling like can understand your perspective...it is so infuriating! And then you’re left feeling like you’re the problem. There’s got to be a way out.

You’re beginning to recognize your patterns. The struggle to say no. The guilt that comes if you do say no. The pressure to make yourself smaller and smaller until you’ve lost your sense of self. The lack of empathy from those you feel close to and thought were the best thing that ever happened to you. Now you’re not so sure. There’s so much confusion, pain, and struggle. It’s just too much.

It’s likely this has happened more than once.

We can help you understand why you keep abandoning yourself in relationships—and learn how to stop.

We work with people who want to be in relationships without making themselves small or silencing themselves. We’ve trained extensively to understand what they are and how to change the pattern. We don't need you to convince us that what happened was difficult, and we won't tell you to simply “set better boundaries.” We'll look at what’s underneath, what keeps dragging you back, and find what it will take to emerge from the pattern.

Finding your way back to yourself

The goal isn't to become harder, more guarded, or suspicious of everyone around you. Your worth isn't determined by how useful, agreeable, forgiving, or accommodating you are.

Together, we'll work on recognizing where you've lost yourself in relationships and building the ability to stay connected to yourself, even under pressure.
